What is a Family Pastor?

The Family Pastor will be our staff pastor that ministers to the younger generations at Victor Baptist Church. This means that this pastor will have a heart for young people, and provide shepherd-leadership to our kids ministries, especially owning the Youth Ministry (“Ignite Youth”).

What kind of person are you looking to fill this role?

We want someone who has a big heart for younger generations, and is passionate about theology as well as practical application. We want a Family Pastor that knows how to have fun with the kids, as well as know how to lead the students and children into a deeper walk with Christ. We want someone who is willing and ready to follow under the leadership of the Senior Pastor as part of the ministry team at Victor Baptist Church, and is excited about the Vision, Mission, and Values at our church. We are excited to get to know you!
